Terms of Service

By accessing or using the .ai.id domain registration platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of this Platform ("we," "us," or "our").

The Platform provides a managed registration service for .ai.id domain names. Domain registrations are processed in coordination with PANDI (Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia) and KORIKA. We operate as an authorized registrar partner and facilitate the structured rollout of .ai.id domains through defined registration phases.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that: (a) you are a legal entity or individual with full legal capacity; (b) all information you provide is accurate and up to date; (c) your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in Indonesia and your jurisdiction.

Domain registrations are conducted in sequential phases: • Grandfather Phase — Reserved for existing .id domain holders with historical claims. • Sunrise Phase — Exclusively available to registered trademark owners verified through KYC. • Landrush Phase — Open to all eligible applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. • General Availability — Unrestricted public registration. Eligibility for each phase is determined at our sole discretion and subject to verification. Registrations submitted outside the applicable phase window may be rejected without refund.

You must create an account to submit domain applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@domain.ai.id if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required to submit domain applications during pre-launch phases. This fee covers platform access and processing costs, and does not guarantee domain award. Payment is processed through Xendit, our authorized payment partner. Fees are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. All payments are final upon processing.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your domain application can be reviewed. KYC is conducted via our third-party providers (Privy and/or VIDA). You must provide accurate identification documents and complete liveness checks as required. Submitting false or misleading KYC information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Submission of a domain application does not guarantee award of the domain. Final domain allocation is subject to eligibility verification, phase rules, and registry decisions by PANDI. In cases of competing claims, we and the registry reserve the right to determine the rightful registrant. We will endeavor to notify unsuccessful applicants promptly.

You may not use the Platform to: • Submit applications with false or fraudulent information; • Register domains for cybersquatting, phishing, or abuse purposes; • Resell or transfer registration slots without prior written consent; • Attempt to circumvent phase restrictions or gain unfair advantage; • Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security; • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content. Domain names awarded through the Platform are subject to the registry's naming policies and applicable Indonesian law.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) domain registrations will be granted; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) any particular domain will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Pending domain applications may be cancelled without refund in cases of violation. You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@domain.ai.id.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
